About founder
My name is Jam Mirsolikhov, and trucking has been more than just an industry for me — it’s been my life’s work. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to helping trucking companies achieve DOT compliance, ensuring they remain safe and successful in one of the toughest industries in America.
I began my career as a Compliance Officer at one of the largest trucking companies in Chicago. It was here that I first witnessed the real challenges carriers face: strict regulations, endless paperwork, and the constant pressure to maintain safety management while also staying profitable. For 10 years, I immersed myself in safety protocols, DOT regulations, and compliance management, ensuring that hundreds of trucks and drivers stayed on the road without costly setbacks.
But compliance wasn’t the only hat I wore. Over the years, I took on broader responsibilities, working as a Dispatch Team Lead and later as an Operations Manager. These roles gave me a deep understanding of the full scope of the trucking services industry. From managing fleets and dispatching loads to handling safety audits and drug testing programs, I learned how each piece of this industry fits together — and how easily things can fall apart when compliance isn’t managed properly.
In January 2025, I decided to take everything I had learned over the years and start something new — something better. That’s when I launched LT Advisors, setting the foundation for what I believe is the new era of trucking business support.
My vision was simple: to provide affordable, reliable, and comprehensive safety management and compliance services for trucking companies of all sizes. I saw too many owner-operators and small fleets struggle because they didn’t have the resources to keep up with audits, files, and regulations. I wanted to change that.
